Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and plans sometimes need to change. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice: You will be charged 50% of your session price.
No-call, no-show: You will be charged 100% of your session price.

We also understand that unexpected situations come up and that life isn’t always perfect. If something happens and you’re unable to make your session, please reach out to your trainer as soon as possible. We’re always willing to communicate and work with you when unexpected circumstances arise.
